Clear night initially will lead
to strong radiational cooling, although slightly tempered by a stiff easterly
breeze. The winds weaken slightly late in the night, but some low clouds could arrive
by around that time, slowing or stopping the cooldown. With no strong low-level
cold air mass and inversion, it is unlikely that it will stay completely cloudy
all day, but there will be enough clouds and upslope southeasterly flow to
temper the daytime heating.
