Quite windy to start the period, though the maximum wind will probably
be a bit lower than USL due to the wind verification not starting at 08z
and winds gradually weakening through the night. Clouds and wind will
prevent much if any radiational cooling tonight and daytime heating
tomorrow, though there may be a bit of clearing late in the day that
could lead to a small spike. Winds will lighten by tomorrow night, which
could lead to better radiational cooling, but there is the uncertainty
of how much the low cloud cover persists, making for a challenging low
forecast. I suspect that it will be too cloudy for a rapid cooldown, but
maybe enough breaks for at least somewhat of a cooldown.
